January 2016 - Emergency department report with labs, indicating severe liver injury and other serious issues.

Heart rate upon arrival was 143 BPM and blood pressure was 175/126 with severe tremor.

White blood cell count just SLIGHTLY low, but that could be due to several minor factors.
